What are keys?
Keys are travel credits and the currency of THIRDHOME Exchange.
How do members earn keys?
Members earn keys when they deposit time in The Club. Each member earns Keys based on the Key value of their home and the time of year they deposit. The more desirable the time, the more Keys that will be earned.
How is the Key value of a home determined?
They Key value of a home is based on and varies according to three main factors: 1) Home Value, 2) Location, and 3) Seasonality (Key values fluctuate seasonally.)
How does the Exchange Work?
A personal online account gives members the ability to immediately reserve stays around the world for a fraction of the cost. Week-long stays are on average $750. With homes located across the globe, members are never limited to just one destination.
